Apple Tree Dieback
Near Woodstock, Vermont

Since the early 1980's abandoned and wild apple trees have been suffering serious dieback. Prior to the 1980's these trees had a history of being extremely tough and resistant to dieback even when badly crowded by forest regrowth.
